My name is Agostino Drago, I found my way into nursing in 2015 via detours in the commercial sector. Through my Italian and Brazilian roots, I have been confronted with different cultures and internationalities from a very early age. With my passionate nature and strengths in organisation and communication, I inspire courage and strive for the vision: fair conditions for care workers!
My name is Franz Altendorfer, I am a registered nurse and am currently completing further training to become a specialist nurse for psychiatry. All my life I have been confronted with the state of emergency in the nursing profession through my family and my own work, which is why I finally want to take the initiative!
My name is Muris Setkic, I am originally from Sarajevo and work in Munich as a health and nursing professional. I know first-hand what it means to find your feet in a new country and a new environment. Be it the bureaucracy, the new workplace or simply finding one's way in everyday social life. As I have been regularly confronted with the problems of migration and integration since the early 90s, when I was a child, I understand the value of an open and good welcoming culture. With my experience and knowledge, I would like to make it as easy as possible for others who have to go this way first.

Many positive impressions in this profession are often clouded by understaffed shifts and overwork. FairAdvicer encourages me every day to make a fundamental and lasting change in the advancing exhaustion of busy nurses. I see FairAdvicer as a project of the heart - and as having enormous potential to provide high-quality support to many teams in the long term, while at the same time enabling a motivated person to have an equal and fair perspective in Germany.
