All my life I have been confronted with the state of emergency in the nursing profession through my family and my own work, which is why I finally want to take the initiative!

Through my Italian and Brazilian roots, I have been confronted with different cultures and internationalities from a very early age. With my passionate nature and strengths in organisation and communication, I inspire courage and strive for the vision: fair conditions for care workers!

My name is Muris Setkic, I am originally from Sarajevo and work in Munich as a health and nursing professional. I know first-hand what it means to find your feet in a new country and a new environment. Be it the bureaucracy, the new workplace or simply finding one's way in everyday social life. As I have been regularly confronted with the problems of migration and integration since the early 90s, when I was a child, I understand the value of an open and good welcoming culture. With my experience and knowledge, I would like to make it as easy as possible for others who have to go this way first.

Hello, my name is Julia Smith. I have been working as a registered nurse in an intensive care unit since 2019. Many positive impressions in this profession are often clouded by understaffed shifts and overwork. FairAdvicer encourages me every day to make a fundamental and lasting change in the advancing exhaustion of busy nurses.
